We are all looking for help and we cannot tell you how many broken promises of support, leads, stipends, and training we have been promised that never happened; or if they did, it was a fraction of what was promised.
We have come to the conclusion that it’s time for a major shift in the way we operate as agents and brokers.
We want to create a major shift in how agents and clients are treated in the insurance industry. We want to be a catalyst for change and not complain about the many challenges we face.
Our number one goal is to support our families by doing what we love; helping people protect their wealth, health, and assets through the profession of insurance. We get the opportunity to make a lot of friends along the way.
We understand that each of us has different levels of commitment and need. It is our goal to meet agents where they are, learn where they want to go, and help them with clear expectations by both parties with full transparency. We think that it is fair and we hope you do also.
